Spring Season – 14 weeks (April – July): 

  • greens like kale, collards, bok choy, mesclun mix, lettuce, arugula, frisee, spinach
  • root veggies like carrots, beets, radishes, onions, potatoes, salad turnips, scallions
  • special spring produce like strawberries, sugar snap peas, kohlrabi, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage
  • summer produce like cherry and slicing tomatoes, eggplant, okra, summer squash, zucchini, green beans
  • herbs like cilantro, chives, parsley, garlic scapes, basil
  • seedling starts
  • value added items like farm made salve and serum
  • flower posies

Fall Season – 12 weeks (September – December): 

  • greens like kale, collards, bok choy, mesclun mix, lettuce, arugula, frisee, radicchio. spinach, mustard
  • root veggies like carrots, beets, radishes, leeks, potatoes, salad turnips, scallions, rutabaga
  • special fall produce like sweet peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage
  • special winter produce like winter squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes
  • herbs like basil, cilantro, chives, dill, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic
  • seedling starts
  • value added items like farm made salve and skin serum
  • flower posies
