- special fall produce like sweet peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage
- special winter produce like winter squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes
- herbs like basil, cilantro, chives, dill, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic
- seedling starts
- value added items like farm made salve and skin serum
